I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is absolutely stunning, and I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Estate suite with beautiful views. The room itself was spacious and featured a cozy fireplace, which was perfect for the snowy weather. On the downside, the room was quite far from the reception and had some noise issues, which affected my sleep. The service was genuinely friendly, though some staff seemed inexperienced. Overall, it's a nice spot with incredible scenery but could use a few improvements in noise control and room placement.
